In VIBRANT BODY, the focus lies on discovering the inner movement that arises from sensations and expressing it outwardly. The practice closely integrates music and external influences to create an open form of movement that amplifies inner awareness. This guided collective practice is open to anyone interested in movement. Sebastian Abarbanell, a queer, award-winning choreographer, uses his art to address social and political issues. For him, dance is a means of healing and self-discovery, regardless of individual abilities. Dance should be accessible to everyone.
